1. Information associated with the service

Lumryn may process a small amount of information needed to make the app work. This can include an email address or sign-in identifier if an account feature is available; purchase and subscription entitlement details supplied by Apple; and technical data such as device type, operating-system version, app version, language, approximate region, performance events, and crash reports.

If you contact our support team, we may process the content of your message and the information you provide to help resolve your request. Apple processes payments made through the App Store; Lumryn does not store complete payment-card or bank-account details.

2. What we do not collect from connection activity

Where Lumryn provides connection, privacy, or network-related tools, we do not examine or retain the contents of data transmitted through those features. This includes the content of communications, files, searches, and websites accessed through an applicable protected connection feature.

3. Why we process information

We use limited information to operate Lumryn, activate and manage paid access, maintain functionality and security, diagnose technical problems, understand aggregated performance trends, answer support requests, and identify fraud or misuse.

4. Vendors that may help us operate Lumryn

We may use service providers for necessary operational activities. Firebase services from Google LLC may support analytics, configuration, and crash reporting (Google Privacy Policy). Apphud may help validate purchases and administer subscription entitlements (Apphud Privacy Policy).

Lumryn does not sell personal information. We do not use third-party advertising SDKs or technologies intended to track you across unrelated apps or websites.

5. Sharing, retention, and safeguards

Information may be disclosed to service providers working for Lumryn, where disclosure is required by applicable law, or when reasonably necessary to protect the app, our rights, or our users. We keep information only for as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, legal compliance, fraud prevention, and resolution of disputes.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encrypted communications, secured systems, and access controls. No security measure can guarantee absolute protection.

6. Children and your privacy choices

Lumryn is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Depending on the law that applies to you, you may be able to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a restriction on our processing of your personal information.
